All rates are in USD / per night
Low season $150
January 15th - June 30th , September 1st - November 30th
High season $200
December 1st - January 14th, July 1st - August 31st
The rent includes:
- Bedding
- Towels
- Shampoo, conditioner, soap
- Safe for your valuables
- Laundry service
- Wifi Internet (provide your own computer)
- Tourist tax of 10%
- Housekeeping, gardener and security
- Gas and electricity (by normal use)
- English-speaking Helpdesk stand-by
- Help Desk Lady who will aid you in many ways including transport, trips etc
Not included:
- $300 security deposit (refundable if no damages)
