Heart Centred Hands-on Healing Series

Each workshop is a stand alone session.  They may be taken out of order but the first 1. Introduction, is worth taking first maybe.  The series is for complete beginners or for the more experienced to allow Valerie to guide and help healers who are not too sure of their own abilities and are looking for more depth in their work, even if they have already learnt Reiki, Sekhem or any other healing system.  Some workshops may overlap but reviewing of skills is always important.

• Why you need to work in protected space
• Meditation to create personal protected space
• The tools you need
• A number of different techniques to achieve sacred space for yourself and for when you work with others
• Practical to make sure you know what you are doing

• A very interesting workshop looking at all the body parts, disorders, diseases, pain, rashes, cuts, bruises, emotions etc. and seeing what they mean. 

• Every part of the body represents issues/challenges that may be happening in your life. 

• By identifying these areas changes can be made and then healing can occur.
