Valerie's
Accident!
As many of
you know a very large truck knocked me off my motor
cycle on March 2. 2 ribs were broken and I had my
right elbow plated and pinned as it was very badly
smashed up. Many of my Sekhem friends came to the
hospital and gave me some lovely healing sessions which
they also continued distantly for me. Thank you so much
everyone for your flowers, goodies and good wishes.
You all made me feel very loved and cared for.
My elbow now
has to slowly be mobilized again. My range of movement
is very small at the moment. So keep sending me
the Sekhem :)
Obviously my
classes had to be cancelled or postponed. I am now
slowly starting my classes again - at least the ones
where I don't have to massage!
 During
this time I have of course been very pleased that I have
been able to use wonderful Sekhem to support me, to
reduce the pain, to help me heal on all levels. I
love this energy and what it can do for me. I am
continuing to teach this lovely system and have a level
1 class starting this month. So do come and learn
it if you haven't already done so. It is surely
time to act to help yourself, your loved ones, your
environment , your earth.

Next
month I have decided to have the Healing Group in
the morning as the first day of the month is a
Public Holiday. As always it will start with me
giving a guided meditation, then we will share a
healing session (No experience necessary), then I
thought it would be nice if we all brought something
to share for lunch. Do let me
