Teaching
many students different healing modalities gives me the
opportunity to meet fantastic souls, whether it be the
students themselves or the clients we invite in as
models. It is a real honor to do this 'work'.
All my courses have been a great healing for me also as
the students lead, guide and support me as well as each
other. There is something wonderful about sharing,
sharing new ideas, new methods of healing. In the role
as teacher, student, friend or client we touch each
others lives and this in turn makes sure that we heal by
making the appropriate changes in our lives. All
the bodywork I do and teach have there different methods
but each show you how to care for others and their needs
and in turn reminds you to do the same for yourself.
Every

 Kinesiology
Muscles become monitors of stress and
imbalance within the body, the “Muscle
Response Technique” is the key technique in
kinesiology. It is used as an effective and
versatile tool for detecting and correcting
various imbalances in the body which may
relate to stress, dehydration, pain,
allergies, nutrition, learning difficulties,
injuries, etc.
Kinesiology combines Eastern medicine
philosophies and Western understanding of
anatomy and physiology to promote physical,
mental, emotional and spiritual health.

Soothing Foot Bath
With this
hot weather there is nothing better than a cool
soothing, aromatic foot bath to relieve tired and aching
legs and feet. Just fill up any bowl, big enough
for your feet, with cool water and add 3 drops of
peppermint essential oil.
You could
even add some stones in the bottom and play with them
with your toes to give yourself a reflexology treatment.
