Take the
Mirror Challenge
I have had some wonderful meetings
with like minded people this month. It is good to
hear other peoples ideas on how to live life.
Everyone has something different to offer, a new way to
see things. It helps me to expand beyond my
present boundaries. What you see of the
other is highlighted for you to see within yourself.
This gives you the chanced to embrace this
characteristic as your own and then choose to move into
action or not to heal the energy around this
characteristic, emotion, limiting belief, judgment or to
enhance the emotion to bring it more forward in your
life for personal growth. The choice is always
yours. Take the mirror challenge: look
carefully at everyone you meet today - how may they help
you to heal? Also look in the mirror and read the
poem in the right hand column.

A gifted
intuitive with a cosmopolitan background, Sandra's work
