This course will allow candidates to recognise and understand healthy balanced diets and the complications of imbalances and deficiencies. This qualification gives the candidate a thorough knowledge of diet and nutrition theory to help with in depth consultations for therapy treatments to give dietary advice to clients, but not to make dietary plans for clients.
